Lyon, France, October 1, 2008 – Infogrames today announces that Mathias Hautefort, Executive Vice President and COO, will be leaving the company in the coming weeks.

Mathias Hautefort played a key role in the early stages of the firm’s recovery and helped in the implementation of “Atari Transformation” plan. He recently led the distribution company and played a significant role in negotiating the Namco Bandai partnership. Mathias Hautefort has decided to take on a new opportunity outside of the gaming industry.
